Fatima Mortada
is a Lebanese artist who graduated from the Labanese University with first class honours diploma in Fine Arts in 2007 . In 2009 , she moved to the UK to pursue higher education at University of Southempton, Winchester School of Art where she got her MA Fine Art with distinction in 2010,and a full three years scholarship for the Phd programm.
Upon being in the UK and being exposed to the contemporary art scene , Mortada realized her inclination to address issues of identity and conflict that refer to the social background she comes from : The Middle East.She has been experiencing a wide range of techniques and materials from drawing , printmaking and painting to sculpture,installation,film,knitting and sewing.
She has participated in several group exhibitions in Lebanon,UK and France including Beirut Art Fair ,Art Paris and London 14 Solo exhibition “Labyrinth” in Mark Hachem Gallery- Beirut in 2014.

Hilda Hiary
Born in Amman, 1969 Hilda is a full time artist in her own studio. She lives and works in her native country Jordan, but is also a cosmopolitan global citizen and widely traveled since childhood. Hilda has exhibited at important venues including recent exhibitions in the USA, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Over the years, her prolific presence and persistence has vaulted her to the top of a select group of female artists emerging into global space from the specific cultural environments of their Middle Eastern origins. Her work demands contemplation of its unique and complex qualities.

Randa Maddah
Was born in the village of Majdal Shams in the occupied Syrian Golan Heights, in 1983. She graduated in the year 2005, Syria with focus on Fine Arts and Sculpture. In 2007, Randa finished courses in drilling Jerusalem. In addition Randa is a founding member in the Fateh Mudarris center for arts and cultures the occupied Golan Heights. Randa has participated in many solo and group exhibitions, which took part at a local and international venues such as, the Middle East andEurope. Randa also took part in some festivals and art workshop in the Golan Heights, Italy, Bierziet, Sweden, France and Switzerland.

رندة مداح
ولدت في قرية مجدل شمس في هضبة الجولان المحتلة، عام 1983. و تخرجت عام 2005 من سوريا حيث درست الرسم و النحت، و اكملت بعض الدراسات في القدس، و هي بالاضافة لذلك عضو في مركز فاتح المدرس للفنون و الثقافة في الجولان. اقامت العديد من المعارض الفردية و الجماعية محليا و عالمياً في الشرق الاوسط و اوروبا، و العديد من المهرجانات وو رشات العمل في الجولان و ايطاليا و السويد و فرنسا و سويسرا.

Rana Bishara
Installation artist, painter, graphic artist, photographer and performing artist, born in Tarsheha village -Galilee, northern Palestine,1971.

Bishara earned her BFA in Painting major, Women studies and philosophy minor, Haifa University 1993 and her, MFA Painting, Savannah Collage of Art and Design, Savannah G.A, USA, 2003 on a Fulbright scholarship. 1999 Bishara war trained for graphic art and painting by world famous artist Marwan Kassab Bachi at the Summer Academy at Darat al Funun- Khalid Shoman foundation, Amman Jordan.

She exhibited widely in solo and group shows locally and internationally in the Middle East, Europe and USA. Rana was awarded many scholarships, grants and artist residencies since early 90’s.

2004 – Xanadu artist in residency, (Xanadu, Un- Gallery, artist run space), New York, USA.
2001-2003 – Fulbright Scholarship, MFA Painting, Savannah College of Art and Design.
1999 – Darat Al-Funun Summer Academy, Amman, Jordan.
1996 – Artist in residence, sponsored by: Pro Helvetia & Gastatelier Krone Aarau, Switzerland.
1996 – Art Omi International Artist’s Colony, artist in residency program, New York, USA.

In 2012 Bishara was commissioned to created a monument commemorating the 30th anniversary of Sabra and Shatela massacre in Bagnolet, Paris by the AJPF and the City of Bagnolet, France.

Her works could be found on private collections as well as galleries and museums around the world, such as the Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts and Darat al-Funun, Amman, Jordan, Art/Omi International Arts Center, New York, and The Savannah College of Art and Design, Yvette and Mazen Qupty Collection, Jerusalem, Khaled Samawi art collection, Dubai, Layla Abu Loghud private collection, NYC, and Mr. Ramsey Dalloul, London.

Bishara served as the department chair of the Visual Art Department at Al Quds University between the years 2008-10. Currently Bishara lives and works between Galilee and the Jerusalem area as a freelance artist.
